The series of three ODIs is going on between India and New Zealand. In its first match where Rohit Sharma’s captaincy team India won by 12 runs. At the same time, in the second ODI, Team India bundled out New Zealand for 108 runs due to the havoc bowling of Mohammed Shami.

After which India scored 111 runs at the loss of two wickets and easily captured the series against New Zealand by 2-0 with an 8-wicket victory. In such a situation, Shami, who took three wickets against New Zealand, talked to Umran Malik after the match and gave him great advice.

In the video released by the BCCI, India’s young fast bowler Umran Malik interviewed Shami. In this, when he asked Shami about his plan, Shami said, “I had seen the wicket and it seemed that there was help in the beginning. That’s why I started hitting the ball hard on the pitch from the beginning. Due to which it helped in seaming the ball and could get the early wicket.”

Shami also did a caught and bowled during his bowling. In which, Shami threw the ball to Devon Conway and during the same follow-through took an excellent catch and made Devon walk for 7 runs. On this, Shami said, “I tried in the last match as well and got hurt. After this, when I got a chance again, I tried and got success this time. The ball was moving well and I was ready for all this. Due to which the catch could be taken. Yes, it is definitely that the injury has got hurt again.”

Shami gave great advice to Umran –

While at the end of the interview, Shami also gave a great advice to Umran Malik. Shami told Umran, “You bowl excellently. The speed you have, it is not easy for the batsman to play it. You just have to focus more on your line and length. If you are able to do this, then the whole world will be ruled by you and all of us.”
