Australia vs England, 4th Ashes Test, Day 1: Australia 126/3 at stumps on rain-hit opening day

England got rid of top order Batters of the Australian team – David Warner, Marcus Harris, and Marnus Labuschagne on rain-interrupted Day 1 as Australia finished at 126/3 at Stumps of the 4th Ashes Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground. The opening duo of David Warner and Marcus Harris had a partnership of  51-run for the first wicket before Stuart Broad trapped David warner for the 13th time in the tests.

Marcus Harris and Marnus Labuschagne had a 60-run partnership for the second wicket, Harris’ 109-ball 38 innings came to an end courtesy of James Anderson, and Mark Wood dismissed the ICC no.1 ranked test batter Labuschagne on 28. Earlier on the day, the Australian skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bat first.
