According to the report of Cricbuzz, BCCI is considering to play a short ODI series in June, which can be held in India from June 7 to 11. This could happen between playing the World Test Championship final against Australia and leaving for the West Indies tour in the first week of July.
Opposition country has not been decided yet –
“Though there is no confirmation yet, options are being explored that the ODI series against Sri Lanka or Afghanistan could be held in the second half of June and possibly after the World Test Championship final,” the report said
The report states that the BCCI has held talks with various cricket boards, but the result is yet to come. As far as the West Indies tour is concerned, two additional T20s can be added. The tour will consist of 10 matches – two Tests, three ODIs and five T20Is.

Tour of Ireland in August
After the West Indies tour, India will travel to Ireland in the third week of August to play three T20Is. India will then take part in the Asia Cup, played in the 50-over format, in September. Then will play a home series of three ODIs from Australia. India will host the World Cup in October-November.
