The Indian Premier League is on it’s way and there’s it bringing in some ray of hope for players to perform and get a place in the Indian Team. These Three Players in this list are the serious contenders who can knock the doors after IPL 2020. The fact about these three guys is that they all belong to CSK.

1)- Kedar Jadhav

Since his debut in 2014, Kedar has been the permanent member of Indian ODI setup. Talking about T20Is Jadhav hasn’t got a going and hardly has been utilized by the team management. Given, his stroke playing abilities in the slog overs rather his part-time bowling abilities have been utilized well by the team management. As for now Jadhav is out of T20I squad and he needs to have a meticulous IPL to make a comeback into the T20I squad and further get a wager for the T20 World Cup. He needs to show some power hitting and improve upon his fielding in order to bid a comback.

2)- Suresh Raina

Suresh Raina was once a mainstay of Indian Middle Order in limited overs setup. Raina was at his best in the ‘Dhoni Era’ batting at 4, or 5, or even at number 6. He had batted quite often at No. 3 as well. Since last 4 years he has been of the sidelines and last played for India in July 2018 against England. Since then he has hardly played any first-class cricket, although the soutpaw played regularly in T20s for Uttar Pradesh in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and for Chennai Super Kings in IPL. This IPL will be the one last chance for Raina to bid a comeback to Indian T20I setup for the upcoming twin World Cups in Australia and India. Raina is a multi-demensional player with power hitting, street smart fielding and some wicket taking bowling skills which he does often for his IPL franchise. In the current T20I squad nobody in Top-6 can roll over his arms but with Raina in, it brings the captian with that extra bowling option and this is what gives Raina an edge over other competitors. Raina is a valuable experienced T20 player and a 500+runs and 8 Wickets in the upcoming IPL season can bring him in back in the mix for the T20 World Cup in Australia.

3)- Mahendra Singh Dhoni

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is not only a name but its an emotion to Indian Cricket. MSD has been a legend of Indian Cricket. Nobody would have thought that the man who won India all the International trophies and three times IPL and one time now defunct Champions leagues for his franchise Chennai Super Kings will be struggling to push for his place in the team. But with the age not his side many have been against his selection. Going by the words of Head Coach Ravi Shastri, Dhoni must prove his form and fitness in the upcoming IPL in order to win back his place to the Indian T20I setup which as of now looks settled with Rahul downing the keeping gloves. So for now MSD needs to have something called more than a ‘Good IPL Season‘ in order to make a comeback but yes MSD has the backing of both Coach and Captain that makes him certain for the T20I World Cup.
