The score made by Rohit is the highest score in ODI Cricket till now. India managed to score 404 runs in 50 overs. Sri Lanka only managed to score 251 runs, 13 run short of Rohit Sharma’s individual score. India won the match comfortably by 153 runs and Rohit Sharma was adjudged the man of the match.

Australia give a good fight back but were short of 57 runs. The Australian team was all out for 326. Indian team won the match by 57 runs and obviously the Hitman was declared as the man of the match.

Scoring a 200 in ODI Cricket is very rare. There have been 7 occasions when 200 was scored out of which Rohit Sharma has scored 200 three times. In the second ODI in 2017, Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to field first. In this innings the current vice-captain of Indian Cricket Team scored 13 boundaries and 12 sixes playing with a strike rate 135 and scored 208 runs in 153 deliveries. Rohit Sharma is the only man on this planet to score three double tons. Shreyas Iyer and Shikhar Dhawan provided are much needed support to Rohit Sharma and India scored 392  runs in their 50 overs.

Sri Lanka managed to score 251 runs only. Mendis scored a century for the Sri Lankan team but could not win the game for them. The talented Mumbaikar once again was adjusted the man of the match.

In this match against South Africa, Rohit Sharma scored 106 runs in 66 balls. This was his second century in T20 Internationals. The Mumbaikar’s century helped India to reach the target of 199. He structed 12 boundaries and 5 sixes. The total was enough for the Indian bowlers to defend but India failed to pick wicket at regular intervals. And the fielding was also poor from the Indian point of view.
