Indian skipper Rohit Sharma once again showcased his leadership skills and concern for player safety during the ongoing fourth Test match against England in Ranchi. A video clip capturing Rohit reminding star batter Sarfaraz Khan to wear a helmet while fielding close to the batter went viral on social media platforms.

In the 47th over of England’s second innings, Sarfaraz ventured close to the field without a helmet, prompting Rohit to caution him, saying, “aye bhai, zyada hero mat ban” (hey brother, don’t try to be too much of a hero). This moment not only highlighted Rohit’s attention to detail but also emphasized the importance of safety measures in cricket.
