India defeated Pakistan by 4 wickets in the round-12 match of T20I World Cup. In this match, Team India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first.

Batting first, Pakistan scored 159 for 8 in 20 overs on the basis of Iftikhar Aham’s half-century and Shan Masood’s unbeaten half-century and set India a target of 160 runs to win. In response, Team India, chasing this score, scored 160 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs and won the match by 4 wickets.

The hero of India’s victory was Kohli, who played an unbeaten 82 for the team and was adjudged the player of the match.

Let us tell that both the teams were playing in front of about one lakh spectators at the historic Melbourne Cricket Ground. Be it common or special people, cricket lovers from all over the world have enjoyed this match.

 

Sundar Pichai congratulated Team India for victory –

Google CEO Sundar Pichai also did not miss the match between India and Pakistan. Sundar Pichai tweeted through social media platform Twitter and wrote, ‘Congratulations to the Indian cricket team.’ He also wrote that he has celebrated the festival of Diwali by watching the last three overs.
