Even when given a lifeline due to a dropped catch by Klaasen, Kohli capitalized fully, finishing the game with authority. His innings included five fours and five sixes, striking at an impressive rate of over 180.
Fielding Brilliance Adds to RCB’s Dominance
RCB’s dominance was not limited to batting and bowling. Phil Salt delivered a standout performance in the field, pulling off multiple stunning catches.
From a well-judged boundary catch to dismiss Head, to a tumbling effort that removed Klaasen, Salt’s fielding was exceptional. The highlight, however, was a one-handed stunner to dismiss Kishan—an effort reminiscent of the acrobatic brilliance often associated with AB de Villiers.

Missing Cummins Hurts SRH
SRH clearly felt the absence of their regular captain Pat Cummins. Without his leadership and bowling expertise, the team struggled to control RCB’s aggressive batting lineup.
The inability to contain runs during the powerplay and middle overs ultimately proved costly, as RCB chased down the target with ease.
