According to a PTI report, right-arm fast bowler Kamlesh Nagarkoti has been ruled out of the IPL due to a back injury. However, this young fast bowler was yet to get a chance to play for Delhi this season.
The report also states that Abhimanyu Easwaran and Priyam Garg, who performed well in the home series, could be included in the team in place of Nagarkoti. Both took part in the training camp of Delhi Capitals on 19 April.

Let us tell you that 23-year-old Nagerkoti is struggling with a back injury in the last IPL tournament. He was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders during the 2018 IPL auction. Nagerkoti has played 12 matches so far. Even in 2019, he looked troubled due to a back injury. Even in 2020, his performance was not up to expectations.
It should be noted that Delhi Capitals have no dearth of fast bowlers. The team has bowlers like Khaleel Ahmed, Mukesh Kumar and Chetan Sakariya. Apart from this, Enrique Norkhia and Mustafizur Rahman are playing matches.
