In a high-stakes match at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, cricket fans witnessed a moment of unexpected drama as Sanju Samson’s pull shot off Himanshu Sharma’s delivery resulted Virat missed catch opportunity for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The incident occurred during the eighth over of the Rajasthan Royals’ (RR) innings, with Samson on the crease alongside Jos Buttler, who displayed aggressive batting from the outset, despite the early loss of Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Virat Kohli, renowned for his exceptional fielding, found himself at deep mid-wicket when Samson attempted the pull shot. However, a mistimed dive led to an uncharacteristic dropped catch by the RCB skipper. The error visibly frustrated Kohli, who reacted by angrily throwing the ball towards the bowler, indicating his disappointment at the missed opportunity.
