The 16th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2023) is going to start from 31 March. Everyone’s eyes are going to be on the performance of the Rajasthan Royals team that traveled till the finals last season.

Captain Sanju Samson will largely be responsible for steering Rajasthan’s boat. Meanwhile, former India bowler S Sreesanth has made a big prediction regarding Sanju.

Runs will rain from the bat of Sanju Samson –

When Sreesanth was asked on a Star Sports show that according to him which player would be the one who could prove to be the trump card for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2023. In response, the former bowler said, “Sanju Samson, I sincerely hope that he performs brilliantly and scores a lot of runs when he returns to the Indian team.” 

Butler-Yashaswi’s opening pair will rock –

Sreesanth also talked about the biggest strength of Rajasthan Royals. He said, “The opening pair of Jos Buttler and Yashasvi is going to be their biggest strength this season. A young player with an experienced player. Even Hetmyer can prove to be very dangerous.” 

Who will be the X factor of Rajasthan –

When Sreesanth was asked about the X factor player of the Rajasthan Royals team, he said, “According to me, their whole team is going to be the X factor. They have a strong team. Even their team management is excellent. They supported me a lot when I used to play. It’s not just about winning, it’s about a good family environment, learning from each other and sharing experiences. It’s something like which the Rajasthan Royals team does well.”

Rajasthan Royals have to face Sunrisers Hyderabad in their first match of the tournament on 2 April. Last season, Samson’s Pink Army was just one step away from winning the title and the team had to face defeat at the hands of Gujarat in the final.
