Despite limited appearances, Padikkal’s solid batting provided RCB with a crucial opening boost, making him one of the season’s standout young talents.

2. Prasidh Krishna

Representing Gujarat Titans, Prasidh Krishna has been their leading wicket-taker in IPL 2025. The right-arm pacer claimed 23 wickets in 14 matches, maintaining an impressive average of 18.91 and an economy rate of 7.90. He is the second-highest wicket-taker of the season, just behind Noor Ahmed, who holds the purple cap with 24 wickets.

4. Prabhsimran Singh

At just 24, Punjab’s wicketkeeper-batter Prabhsimran Singh has scored 499 runs in 14 matches, boasting a strike rate of 165.78 and hitting four fifties, including a notable 91. His aggressive batting style has been vital for Punjab, especially heading into the crucial qualification matches.

5. Mitchell Marsh

LSG opener Mitchell Marsh has been a powerhouse with the bat, amassing 627 runs in 13 matches, including a top score of 117 and a strike rate of 163.70. Despite some struggles from his team’s other batsmen, Marsh’s explosive performance has given hope for LSG’s future campaigns, with six fifties and one century this season.
