According to the report the Indian which Cricket board could cancel their tour of Australia for the Ashes test series. The England and Wales Cricket board can also think that a team be could be send for the series.
Steve Harmison on the approach of Cricket Australia for The Ashes
Former English medium Pacer Steve Harmison has shared his views over these speculations about the accessories 2021 – 2022. The former medium Pacer has questioned the Australia dual approach to playing sports with other countries. Interestingly, both New Zealand and Australia had pulled out of Rugby World Cup which was going to held in England in 2021. Harmison said that the England and Wales Cricket board might think that if Australia is not moving with the world cricket stage, why should they. He strongly believes that if English players decides to to pull out of the Ashes series then it would be based on the fact that their families would want to spend time with them during Christmas. The Ashes 2019 was a drawn affair in England, however Australia managed to retain the reputated trophy, owning to their victory in the 2016 Affair between both the team down-under.

England to send a 2nd String Side for The Ashes 2021-22?
If things did not go as per the ECB’s conditions and would also be complelled to pay the hefty fines, then England Cricket Board might be in thenposition to send the 2nd String Team to Australia, or only the players who are “okay” with the Strict Quarantine Restrictions of the Australian government. However, it is very clear that star players like Joe Root, James Anderson, Ben Stokes, Stuart Broad, Jos Butler and Johnny Bairstow will pull out of The Ashes 2021-22.
Amidst all the chaos, the Cricket Fans expect the Australian Government to end the heated debate by easing out the Quarantine Restrictions.
