The much-anticipated five-match T20I series between Pakistan and New Zealand is set to commence on March 16, 2025. Following contrasting outcomes in the recent Champions Trophy, where Pakistan faced an early exit from the group stage while New Zealand ended as runners-up after losing to India, both teams are eager to bounce back and establish dominance in the T20 format.
In a bid to revamp after a disappointing ODI tournament, Pakistan has made significant changes to its T20I squad. Salman Ali Agha has taken over the captaincy from Mohammad Rizwan, who, along with Babar Azam, has been left out of the squad to breathe new life into the team.
