Team India and Delhi Capitals (DC) all-rounder Axar Patel proposed to his partner on his special day. Axar Patel, who turned 28 on Thursday, was planning on proposing to his girlfriend Meha on his birthday. The Team India cricketer declared his undying love and affection to his partner in a romantic gesture.

The Delhi Capitals spinner and middle-order batter got down on one knee to share the wedding proposal at an undisclosed location. Axar Patel’s Gujarat teammate Chintan Gaja was one of the first cricketers to share the good news on social media. Gaja shared a couple of unseen photos about the hush-hush event through Instagram Stories.
In the photos, Meha’s partner and ace cricketer was seen going down on one knee to propose to the love of his life. Axar had even arranged a ‘Marry Me’ sign embellished with flowers in the shape of a giant heart on the location.
