In response, Australia’s chase never truly gained the required momentum. Despite a few solid starts, they lost wickets at key intervals. England’s star seamer Manny Lumsden broke the back of the Australian batting lineup, while Farhan Ahmed proved effective with his spin. Australia was eventually bowled out for 250, falling short of the U19 World Cup final.
