Sri Lanka pulled of a massive 246 run win over Pakistan in the second test match to draw the two match test series 1 – 1. Prabath Jayasuriya took a five wicket haul in the 2nd innings while Ramesh Mendis took 9 wickets in the match , one more than Jayasuriya.
Pakistani batting looked overdependent on captain Babar Azam and paid the price for it. The host was expectional both with the bat and ball.
