Australian legend and the greatest spinner of all-time, Shane Warne, has died at the age of 52 due to heart attack.
Warne’s management team released a short statement on Saturday, that he passed away in Thailand, of a suspected heart attack.
“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived,” According to the statement .
“The family requests aprivacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.
Former Australian legend, Rod Marsh, passed away yesterday (friday) due to the heart attack which he sustained one week ago. This is the second bad news for the Australians within 24 hours.
Shane Warne is regarded by many as the greatest bowler to ever play the game.
He played international cricket for 15 long years and he took 708 Test wickets — the most by an Australian, and the second-most of all time behind Muttiah Muralitharan.
